Meet Future Care
Doris holds the position of Director and has been with the program since its inception in the Spring of 2002. Doris holds a B.A. in Psychology and Master's degree in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport. Prior to coming to Future Care Planning Services, Doris served as Director for a community outreach center addressing the needs of at-risk children.
Evelyn holds an M.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.
Evelyn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team, with 30
years of experience within the Social Security Administration.
Beth holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish. Beth has many years' experience in the Human Services field, with an emphasis on community volunteer programs and social services client assistance.
Ginny holds a B.S.W. from SUNY Brockport and has a vast amount of experience in the medical field and in the health insurance industry. Ginny has worked in the field as a Patient Advocate, Utilization Review Coordinator, and a Provider Relations Representative in the insurance industry. Ginny also has experience working in a large community group practice as a Managed Care Representative, serving as a liaison between patients, clinic staff and health plans.
Barbara J. Orenstein, Esq.—Consultant Attorney Ms. Orenstein has been practicing law for more than 25 years. She holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto, and an LL.B. from McGill University Faculty of Law. Ms. Orenstein is admitted to the practice of law in Ontario, Canada, as well as in New York state. For a number of years, Ms. Orenstein has conducted an active practice involving the area of Guardianships, advanced directives, will drafting and estate planning in general. She has given lectures to laygroups on these topics. She has provided extensive pro bono services through the Volunteer Legal Services Project, located in Rochester, NY, and received the William E. McKnight Volunteer Service Award for her work. Ms. Orenstein also serves frequently as an Arbitrator on civil matters through the Seventh Judicial District Arbitration Program.
Margaret Lonnen—Associate Intake/Guardianship Specialist Margaret is the newest member of the team. She began working as an Intern from the SUNY Brockport Social Work Program and has recently joined the staff as a full-time member. Margaret comes to us with 20 years' experience in the Manufacturing Environment and is setting out on a new career path in Human Services. Her enthusiasm and professionalism are assets to the team. Ann Marie Cook—Coadministrator Ann Marie is the Chief Executive Officer at Lifespan and serves as Coadministrator of the Future Care Planning Services Program. Jody Rowe—Senior Administrator of Aging Services for The Arc of Monroe County Jody is Administrator of Family Supports at The Arc of Monroe County and Coadministrator of the Future Care Planning Services Program.
