Our Mission

Future Care Planning Services provides comprehensive life care planning services that assure peace of mind and a legacy of love for the caregiver while providing choices and autonomy for the person with a disability.

Core Values

1. We believe that each person has inherent dignity and inalienable rights.  We utilize a person- and family-centered approach that respects cultural diversity and lifestyle differences in all our interactions.  We believe that life care planning is important for all persons with a disability. Planning should be provided in a nonthreatening, respectful manner.
   
   
2. We believe that a person with a disability should be as independent as possible and should determine the direction and content of her/his own life.
